Compañía Kaari Martin in Paris

Compañía Kaari Martin performed clips of "The Raven" and "Of the World" at the The Cité Internationale des Arts -center in Paris in March 8th. Etat de la Femme/State of the woman -event involved artists and politicians from ten different countries. At March 27th Compañía Kaari Martin will present their work together with versatile and recently highly acclaimed french visual artist Jérémy Gobé. Along with performing "The Raven" Kaari and Roni Martin will also lecture about their work.

Savoy Theatre will be the Resident Stage of Compañía Kaari Martin

Dance group Compañía Kaari Martin has agreed upon a contract of residency with Savoy Theatre for 2012-2013. The agreement sees the group concentrating its productions to Savoy and produces shows to be performed at the theatre on a yearly basis. The year 2011 has been lively for the group and ended with international vibes, for instance carrying out Danish co-productions, amongst others.

Dance group Compañía Kaari Martin to Korea

Dance group Compañía Kaari Martin performs in Korea at Busan International Dance Festival on the 3rd and 4th of June 2011. The group performs two passages from their work called Tell Me Rain (Kerro minulle sade), which was the group's international breakthrough piece having won the third prize at The choreograhy Competition of Madrid in 2006. The prize was the first and so far only one granted for non-native Spanish during the competition's 20 year long history.
